Yeah, that's the one then. The song that plays after she asks "what's so funny?" is "Tsuioku ~in the Past~" from the fourth TV soundtrack. Or at least, that's what it's called on the 4th TV OST in the "Complete CD Box Set." The part you want doesn't take up the entire song, it's just part of it. I have no idea why they put this song on the fourth TV OST when it was used so early on. But just be glad that they DID put it on one of them. There's a lot of animes that have neat songs that never make the OSTs for some reason or another. Also: ever watch Bleach? That's where the hollow comes from.

TsuiokuHen [4 parts] -> Animated Series up to episode 62 -> Read the manga from the beginning of the Jinchuu Arc (starting with chapter 152, found in volume 18) to the end -> Ishin Shishi no Requiem (movie) -> SeisouHen [2 parts] -> go back and finish up the rest of the series (which ends with fillers) and read the rest of the manga (it’s up to you on which you want to do first). This is your opinion on which order to do Kenshin in, I did the 1st 2 parts, I have to watch ep 62 yet, but I have stopped because I was a bit confused as to where to start reading the manga from, or maybe I am misunderstanding, so I start reading the manga from the Jinchuu Arc? NOT from volume 1? So start from volume 18? I would like to finish watching the anime and start to read the manga so any and all responses would be very much appreciated! Thank you for the great job/work you did on the FAQ, it is really awesome!

It's all just an opinion. To be honest I should change it to read: read the manga first (all of it), then watch the anime up to 62, then watch TsuiokuHen, finish the rest as you see fit.
The point being, that after episode 62 it's all filler and not part of the series (in my opinion). So, if you want to pick up right where the Kyoto arc ends in the anime, start with chapter 152 (found in volume 18). Though, now that I'm thinking about it, I would recommend just starting with the beginning of the manga since a few things were changed here and there. It might make more sense to just start from the beginning.
But in any case, you should just do what you want. If you want to finish the anime first, go ahead. If you want to read the manga, do so.

So it's been quite awhile since I last updated the FAQ (since last April!). I've been going through the FAQ with the help from Karasuhebi, who has sent me a lot of suggestions. I've gone through and updated what I could. It isn't a huge update, but it's an update nonetheless. Version 2.1.3 Updated: * ISBN #'s for the Kanzenban is now complete * Updated "What Is TsuiokuHen" to add another fact as to why it's much more bloody than the series * The novels question was updated with the ISBN # for the English release of the first novel * Question about the double sided covers for TsuiokuHen, SeisouHen and the Movie New Questions: * What is the Name of the Song that Plays in Episode 61 When Kenshin Wakes and Gets Up? * What is the Name of the Song that Plays in Episode 26 After Shura Saves Kenshin? Be sure to download it and replace the older copy.

Dear Iyouboushi, I've searched a lot but I just can't find the following: What's the name of the song that plays when Kaoru previews the next episode? I thank you in advance

I hate to ask this, but do you have a sample of the music that plays? If I hear it I can find it. I don't have any episodes readily accessible to me so I won't be able to check.

Hi, I just wanted to comment that your FAQ is great and I have a couple of suggestions: When answering the question about the songs by Animetal you give two of them. There is also a third one called "Towa no Mirai" and it's included on the "Best Themes Collection" soundtrack just like the other two. Also, I've found a website that sells the PS1 games (not Ebay) but the place seems a little sketchy to me. You can check it out here: www.toysnjoys.com/psximport_r.htmlScroll all the way down and you'll see them. That's just my two bits. All in all you've been doing a great job, so keep it up.
