Awesome! So would someone boost to "Mystic" and just never revert? Or...

I made it so you'd have to boost it every time you got into a battle, like a normal boost. The only difference is that it doesn't take any stamina (so there's no cost of doing so). I know it's not realistic to Z, where Mystic was a permanent thing. Kaiou wasn't really meant for permanent boosts. And besides, one could argue that characters can loose the 'mystic' status. In GT, which I hate and don't particularly want to refer to, Gohan becomes really weak again and even goes SSJ 1 whereas he never had a need to in Mystic form. So it suggests that it isn't permanent anyway.
For now, try this out. Let me know how it works out for you. If nothing else, I can always go back to the drawing board for a new patch in the distant future.

Sounds great! I'm pretty excited about it! And yes, we all hate to reference GT.

Can someone explain how the skill barrier works? I used it, but then i couldn't use it again. Am I doing something wrong? Do you need Ki? or...?

Barrier works like this.
01. It checks to see if you have the skill 02. If you do, do you have it at 100%? 03. It'll check to see if [skills] Btime = 0 04. It'll check to see if you have 5 mp to use for it 05. It'll look at [stuff] level and set it to a variable 06. It'll set the description (custom or default) 07. It'll display the description 08. It'll decrease the MP. 09. It sets variables for [battlestats] CD and [battle] CD 10. increases the player's CD by (cd.base / 2) * level 11. It'll write the increase into [skills] Barrier.Increase 12. It writes [Skills] BTime = 10 13. It starts a timer for the barrier, set to 120 seconds.
The timer, when it runs out, will set the player's CD back to what it was before the player used the barrier. It should also set [skills] Btime 0. Note that this may take up to 5 seconds or so AFTER the original time has run out.
The [skills] Btime is what determines if you can use it again. If it's anything other than 0 it won't let you.

Regenerate (!regen and !stop regen) only work in battle.
It checks to see if
[skills] regeneration=
is 0 or null (non-existent). If it is, it won't let you do it. So check the player file under that to see if it's there.
