I'm finally getting around to adding in the Z-points and what they can be used for. Basically it works like this:
The MUD is going to become a place where you can fight monsters (not players). You can only fight monsters that are the same level as you or higher (meaning if you're a level 3 you can't go around killing level 1 monsters). Once you win a battle you will receive a Z-point. Z-points can then be taken to the Z-point Store in Crim to be traded in for training sessions. It's not going to be cheap though. To prevent people from power-leveling their characters like crazy, the lowest training session (just one) will cost 100 Z-points while the highest (the Super Training Session) will cost 1,000.
If you lose a match against a monster, the monster will be 100% healed and you will lose 1 Z-point, so be careful. Note that monsters will generate their health back slowly (hopefully anyway, 90% of this is all theory right now, it depends on how much lag it generates). Also there will be TWO regeneration tanks in the land: one at Krillin's Inn and one at Capsul Corp. There may be new locations later but you will have to scout them out and find them (but at the moment, it's just those two).
One last thing: there will be no techniques in the MUD. First off, it's just too much for me (have you SEEN tech.ini lately? Trying to convert that over would be the end of me) and second, it might make it a little too easy.
Hopefully it will keep players busy or entertained while waiting for quests to happen. Plus you will benefit if you are dedicated enough. I will be updating the GUIDE once I have everything programmed into it and working.
