This topic is for the newest creation of mine, called "The Kingdom of Crim" -- a C# program that I'm making.
What I have planned for it is basically a text adventure. However, there will be some graphics (not a lot though, and they'll be static). Right now I'm making it all single player, though I'm already thinking ahead and setting it up so multiplayer can be added in the future.
Well, more accurately it won't be truly multiplayer (like a MUD), it'll be more like.. it'll store character files on a server and possibly download updates/new areas/etc from the server. But that's still a long ways away.
As of this writing, there really isn't that much done. You can create a new character, but you can't select your character's little icon yet. It will also check to make sure the user/pass is a valid combination (when you try to log in) and display an error if not. Aside from that... that's about it. It took me this long just to make the forms and program that much.
All updates and copies of the game will be kept here for now: iyou.cyberbotx.com/programs/
Just download KingdomOfCrim-v0.0.#.exe where the # is the most current version (as of this writing it's 3).
If you have any ideas, let me know. I probably won't be able to make it as big and great as I have it in my head..but I want to at least TRY to make a fun little single player text game.
NOTE:
This program requires version 2.0.50727 or greater of the .NET framework in order to run. If you don't have it, it'll blow up in your face and yell at you for trying to run something that uses it. So.. yeah. The .NET framework can be downloaded at:

Oh and one thing I don't wanna hear is stuff about classes. Right now I have a few classes to keep it easier for me. I have no intentions on going back to add more until I can get the game up and running with what I have. Then I may consider adding some new ones, or even allowing the player to switch sometime in the game.
