Since the board is lacking a LoZ topic I thought I'd go ahead and create it. Feel free to discuss every Zelda game in existence (except for the evil CD-i games, *BOO HISS*). And let's see if Twilight Princess will ever be released or if it's just a big Nintendo conspiracy like some people (seriously) believe. One of the best games of the last five or six years..and they keep pushing it and pushing it and pushing it. And for what? So they can add some Revolution controller compatability for the minigames. *rolls eyes* I'd rather have the game now since I don't plan on getting a Revolution for a long time. I'm sure most of you feel the same way. But anyway... yeah. I'm so close to beating both Ocarina of Time and The Wind Waker. OoT I just have to beat Ganon's castle, but I'm going to wait until I at least get the ice arrows and possibly the last bottle (I already have every heart piece). In TWW I have four heart pieces to go (hard to get), one temple to go, seven Triforce charts to go and then I need to dig up all of the Triforce shards. I don't know what's after that, so don't spoil it. Someone feel free to post some TWP pics if you find any worth posting.

It's sad, but at one point I owned every single Zelda game out, and I had hardly played any of them.
I'll say though, that my favorite one was the one on the Gameboy way back when. I actually played it all the way through to the end. Yay!

Link's awakening? That game was awsome!
As for Twilight princess, i do hope they dont put it on revolution, cuz i probably wont buy one until the next gen after that comes out, cuz im like that.
Did you guys ever compleatly beat the Ages and Seasons games? there was always a big chuck of sea i could never explore in one of the two, i dont remeber which, but anyways there was the pirate ship doing laps on the inside and the whole thing was blocked off by... SEA ROCKS!!!!
Spoony pirates...

I finished Seasons... But not Ages. And I was going to get all the cool and fun Cheat-a-lot items too.

Links Awakening is awesome. I always wanted them to remake it for a console in 3D after seeing the Marin trophy in SSBM. Of course if that ever happened Nintendo would probably make it look like the Wind Waker (although TP Link would look cooler than WW Link >.>)
The Windfish song is in Majora's Mask, but has anyone noticed how it doesn't sound like it at all? Bah. In Zelda TP, I hope they have a bar with a jukebox in it. A jukebox that plays tunes from all of the old games. Wouldn't that be neat? Drop a rupee in a jukebox, listen to a song that sounds like it's playing on a radio. (That's also unlikely, but I could only wish!)

They're pushing Twilight Princes (not calling it TP, lol.) back and putting revolution functionalities in. So, it and the Revolution will be out around the same time. It's still for the cube though, but I guess its a transitional title, so you can do stuff in it on both systems. Kinda neat, but ack. This is probably old news to anyone watching the game like a hawk, but just so you know....

Yeah, which means those of us who've already reserved the game have to go back to retail stores before the end of April and get our five dollars back. Conversation I had with the cashier: "They're going to push the game back." "Eh, I have a feeling that it'll come out soon." "No, they're going to put it on the next system." "They've already released a press release saying it won't be on the Revolution." "Alright, but I don't know why we still have a huge stack of these reservations, they're worthless. That'll be five dollars." I feel dumb for buying it now.

I know Nintendo has kept saying it'll still be a Gamecube game no matter what. I don't think they're going to make it be for the Revolution only since they're making us wait on the game for a long time. Then again, I probably wouldn't be surprised if at the last minute, they say that they actually made it for the Revolution instead.

If they did that, millions of fans would be royally POed. Not all of us has $300+ to rush out and buy a Revolution in addition to the $50/$60 for the Zelda game.

I think that is why its a transitional game.. That way the people who were gonna buy it already, don't have to go and buy a new game for the revolution, they can just get a Rev, and have Zelda.
